Tegfan Textiles
I am a textile artist/designer/maker based in beautiful North Wales. I create unique, hand made, one-off textile art work and scarves. I try to produce pieces without wasting any materials and reusing and recycling if I can.
My textile art work and fabric scarves involve the processes of hand dyeing, hand and machine stitching and printing and all types of fabric manipulation. I also hand knit scarves, headbands and hats.
I am a free-lance tutor providing textile demonstrations and teaching creative workshops, working with adults and children for local authorities, charities and colleges.
What do I create?
My range of scarves are hand dyed/screen printed/machine embroidered/felted/knitted/stitched and manipulated.
I also produce framed and canvas textile art using a variety of craft disciplines.
